Core Values

New Life Assembly of God Core Values:

1.) Prayer

We value prayer because as Christians, prayer is our number one responsibility (Nehemiah 1:1-11).

2.) Biblical Preaching and Teaching

We value Biblical preaching and teaching because it is God’s instruction manual for His Church (2 Timothy 3:16-4:4).

3.) Love

We value love because love is the distinguishing characteristic of all true believers (1 John 3:11-18).

4.) Faith

We value faith because faith is believing everything God is and says, and then acting upon it (Hebrews 11:1-6).

5.) Reaching the Lost

We value reaching the lost because we have been commanded by Jesus to do so (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8).

6.) Compassion

We value compassion because it was a major characteristic of both Jesus and God the Father (Matthew 9:36).

7.) Commitment

We value commitment because it is what motivated the New Testament Church (Acts 2:42).
